San Francisco Bay Area Holiday Events and Rentals

With the holidays fast approaching and, in some cases, already on their way, the San Francisco Bay Area is an excellent destination for all things festive during this sunny California winter. Whether you’re looking forward to Christmas or New Year parades, holiday fairs or festivals, or even solstice celebrations, the one thing you can expect to find at all of these events are rentals including everything from porta potties and sinks, barricades, fencing, and dumpsters. Seasonal parades always gather large crowds, especially here in the San Francisco Bay Area with the millions of people who call it home. For those parades to function smoothly, many rentals are necessary. Portable toilets, or porta potties, are absolutely necessary for any large gathering. For crowd control, barricades are very useful. Barricades can also serve to control traffic, both foot and vehicular, as well. Other San Francisco Bay Area holiday events are dependent on event rentals as well. Holiday fairs and f

Bay Area Events: Barricade Rentals

The San Francisco Bay Area is home to many events, festivals, concerts, and gatherings over the course of the calendar year. Thanks to the many people that call this area of California home, event rentals, including items like barricades, are incredibly popular. Barricades are an invaluable rental for events in the Bay Area and beyond, whether those events are planned or in response to political or current events.  Barricades in particular are a very useful item to have for any event. Barricades can ensure that members of the public stay out of certain out-of-bounds areas while also directing foot traffic or limiting vehicle traffic. Barricades can create areas specifically for lines or can direct traffic of all kinds away from busy areas. Barricades are also useful for barricading off construction sites or for providing wind breaks if using barricades covered with material.  Event rentals provided via rental companies here in the Bay Area allow you to take advantage of these

Bay Area Events and Porta Potty Rentals: A Match Made in Heaven

The San Francisco Bay Area in California is home to an almost infinite number of events that come back year after year, including the Scottish Games in Pleasanton at the Alameda County Fairgrounds every Labor Day weekend, the Eat Real Festival at Jack London Square in Oakland, Hardly Strictly Bluegrass in San Francisco, the MakerFaire, Solano Avenue Stroll, the Stern Grove Festival also in San Francisco, the San Jose Jazz Festival, and the Vans Warped Tour, just to mention a few of my own favorites. Other events like concerts, street fairs, races, and local parades and events spring up from town to town nearly every weekend. All of these events have to contend with large numbers of attendees who will all require that certain facilities and amenities are provided for their comfort as well as the continued happiness of those individuals who live and work where ever the event is taking place. If you’re a Bay Area native, you’ve likely heard about problems arising from certain festivals

Temporary Fencing Options for Your Event or Construction Site

Whether you’re in need of temporary fencing for an event or for a construction site, there are a variety of options available for rental to fit your project’s needs perfectly. Here are five common options available for temporary fencing, regardless of where in the San Francisco Bay Area you need to erect some fencing. The first open is a panel fence. These are typically available in different heights (often 4’ and 6’) and are free-standing, with no drilling required. Each segment is typically 12’ wide. The design of this fencing is typically called “chain link.” These segments are framed by horizontal and vertical cross bars. The second option available to you is that of a panel fence with a screen (often green in color). These are available in the same width and heights and general characteristics as the panel fence with the addition of a screen covering. This option provides greater privacy and security while also acting as a wind barrier. Gates are often available, either wit
